Payment & Progression

⚘Payment of 25% of the total price will be requested before any work were to begin.
          ^{◘ Client will be asked to sign a contract prior to payment.
          ◘ All prices are presented using USD currency.
          ◘ All monetary transactions will be conducted via PayPal.
          ◘ If the price of the commission is below $10.00, payment will be upfront.}⚘Client will be updated on the commission as progress is made, and is able to request additional updates at any time.
          ^{◘ It may take from a week to a month for your commission to be completed unless it is time-sensitive.}⚘Changes to the commission may only be requested during the sketch stage.⚘Completed/nearly completed commissions are non-refundable.

Credit & Rights

⚘If the commissioned product is going to be used for profit & commercial purposes, I will need to know prior to the payment.
          ^{◘ A commercial quotation will be added to the contract.}⚘Unless discussed otherwise, I maintain the right to publish my work in any form.
          ^{◘ You will typically be informed prior to the work being publicized.}⚘I have the right to decline a commission if it falls outside of my comfort zone regardless of what my ToS state.
